Knotty Tie is an apparel shop which specializes in manufacturing custom ties, scarves, and other clothing accessories. The goal of this video was to showcase the easy process of customizing your own products, as well as establishing a little background about how the products are made.

A short info-video I made for Knotty Tie Co. in Denver.
FACE Vocal Band
FACE Vocal Band is an internationally touring acapella group based in Boulder, CO. Their mashup of the hit songs Jessie’s Girl and Stacy’s Mom inspired a hilarious question: what if Jessie’s Girl IS ALSO Stacy’s Mom? My team and I took the idea and ran with it, culminating in a pretty absurd music video recalling all the feelings of young, summer love.

Arrow Electronics tasked their summer interns to create a robot that would detect, mobilize, and extinguish a fire. This mini-doc chronicles their process and eventual testing of their invention.

Baker is an app created to help dispensaries send sms updates to customers by integrating their past purchase data to specify exactly which products they’re interested in. I created this video for the company to easily explain to prospective dispensaries what the app is and how it will help grow their business.

In addition to working with brands + bands, I also edit TV shows for various cable television outlets. A few of the shows I’ve worked on are HGTV’s Fixer Upper, Travel Channel’s Top Secret Swimming Holes, Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, and Cooking Channel’s Seaside Snacks and Shacks. Cable TV Editing Reel available upon request.
The D-League is a passion project that me and my good friend Woody Roseland started in 2016. Every month we create a comedic short film about whatever the fuck we feel like. This is our little slice of filmmaker’s heaven where we maintain full creative control—the concept, writing, performing, shooting, and editing—are all in our power. May sound greedy, but making our own content is very rewarding and keeps us motivated to one-up our best work.
While living in L.A., I had the opportunity to work on a lot of nerd culture docuseries for Dweebcast, a brand created by Ora TV. One fall we attended Wasteland Weekend, a Mad Max-themed carnival in the middle of the desert. We chronicled the entire twisted experience in a mini-doc called “Ultimate Wasteland Weekend Travel Guide.”
Odious Lists is a party game. They reached out to me asking for a controversial, wildly left-field promotional video for the intentionally offensive card game. We decided to make a fake banned 90’s board game commercial, shot in the style of a kids commercial from the era.
